Take Back the Ground Anxiety Has Taken From You
The endless what-ifs, the panic that arrives without warning, the shrinking list of places you still feel safe. Our evidence-based program treats the full range of anxiety disorders and helps you move through fear instead of around it.
Take our confidential assessment to see what treatment could look like for you.
The Relief That Keeps Anxiety Going
Avoiding, escaping, and seeking reassurance calm you for a moment and quietly teach your brain that the fear was right. Our program is built on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP): you practice facing what you fear while letting go of the safety behaviors, until the fear loses its hold.

Do you have a client who needs specialized care? We're ready to help.
Who We Are
Anxiety Centers is a specialized anxiety program powered by OCD Anxiety Centers, built for people whose lives have narrowed under the weight of chronic worry and fear. We treat the full range of anxiety disorders, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, specific phobias, health anxiety, and separation anxiety, using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based approach with a strong track record for lasting change. For over a decade our clinical team has refined how we deliver that care, and we measure our results so both the clients we treat and the providers who refer them know exactly what to expect. We do not teach people to simply manage anxiety and hope it fades. We treat it directly, and we help you get your life back.
Results We Measure, Not Just Promise
Our structured, evidence-based program produces consistent outcomes for people across the full range of anxiety disorders, and we track those results so the work speaks for itself.
95% Utilize Insurance
Cost is one of the biggest reasons people delay getting help. It usually should not be. Our admissions department verifies your benefits up front, so you know what treatment will cost before you begin.
Built Around ERP
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy is not one option on a menu for us. It is the entire program. Our clinicians specialize in it, deliver it consistently at every location, and coach you through facing what you fear while you let go of the safety behaviors that keep anxiety alive.
92% Satisfaction Rate
Treatment only works if people stay with it. 92 percent of our clients and their families say they would recommend our program, which tells us the work we do together is worth it.
Reviews
It's hard work. It takes an attitude of commitment, AND it has blessed me with the tools and knowledge I've needed to manage my OCD even after leaving the program. My interactions with staff were very positive from the front desk to the Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT's) and Therapists. I'm so grateful for the help of John Lewis in helping me understand early on how beneficial this program was for him and how it could be for me. I'm grateful to Joe Keller and his patient guidance towards me as we worked one on one. I could name any and all the BHT's that I worked with and praise them for their dedication to helping me get my life back.
I do admit that insurance can be tricky here, and I do wish there was more transparency upfront about that especially if the insurance you have already has a solid limit on how much they will cover in your treatment.
After 65 days, my insurance cut coverage off even though I had about 2 weeks left in the 16 week program. I found out about this about 2 days before my last day. That was rough because I truly felt and experienced the good that comes out of diligently attending OCD and Anxiety Centers.
Please don't be afraid to ask any and all questions about how the Center works with insurance.
To help with my high deductible from my insurance, the Center also can help you set up interest-free payment plans (IF the payment plan is LESS THAN 2 years) and there is even a scholarship from the Marriot Foundation that can award up to $3000 to help as well. I'm grateful for these resources.
All in all, the staff was wonderful, but know that this place is NOT talk therapy, but a therapy of DOING to help rewire your brain. There will be homework and there is an expectation of attendance, but I promise you it's worth it if you struggle with OCD and/or anxiety.
Thank you, OCD/Anxiety Centers. Thank you for all you do.

Also super queer friendly never got misgendered once
I will never forget or stop being grateful to the team.
Before I went to the center, my intrusive thoughts were so disturbing and the mental rumination was so intense that I couldn't get out of bed out of fear of my own thoughts. Since completing the program, the fear is no longer debilitating, and I feel as if I can choose to interact with my intrusive thoughts or not.
I was skeptical at first of the therapy they do at the center-- ERP therapy--because when I got there it did feel like my intrusive thoughts got worse. But overtime, as I kept practicing ERP and the skills and doing the work--it got better. I truly believe that ERP worked for me because I worked my ass off to put in the work. ERP only works if you are consistent (hence the intensity of the daily 3 hour IOP course).
OCD still is for sure prevalent in my life, and I still have more ERP work to do, but I have the basis to live my life the way that I choose to--not in the way that my OCD screams at me to.
As for the center, they are prettty rigid about the way they teach the skills (considering they are literally teaching you to unlearn rigidity, I find this weird), but the program as a whole/overall works. We had a graduation nearly each of the 15 weeks I was in the program, and each time they had similar reduction results as I did.
Another thing to note is... this is NOT talk therapy. In my personal experience, talk therapy alone does not help OCD. This is why the program is structured as it is. Don't get me wrong--I love my talk therapist (I did have a few appointments with her while I was in IOP). That being said, ERP is what reduced my symptoms--not talking about them. My talk therapist will now support me as I do a mix of talk-therapy and ERP with her once a week, and as I practice ERP on my own daily.
The OCD and Anxiety Center IOP was the hardest thing I have ever done, but incredibly worth it. Over the last 10 years I have done other intensive therapy programs and have seen 7 different therapists--and this program is the first thing that has helped me to see a visible reduction in my OCD symptoms. It's a brutal journey, but I would highly recommend to anyone struggling with OCD. I also made friends at the program who struggle like I do--and that was and is incredibly validating to know that I am not alone. Totally worth the money for me, I feel like I have my life back. A
Ily OCD Center IOP program.
The OCD Anxiety Center has been 100% life changing. I have experienced immeasurable growth and finally feel like I can live my life to the fullest! The Staff here go above and beyond in every single way! Making you feel comfortable and confident the minute you walk in the door. Dallan and Lillian are always at the front desk to greet you with a smile! The BHTs here are so easy to connect with. Natasha, McKelle, Ellie, and Bailey were all amazing to work with! The Therapist Cody really made me feel like I could open up to him early in treatment.
If you are struggling with any sort of mental health disorder or just don't even know what is actually happening, you should check it out. The level of confidence I have built in this group is astounding!
Plus the staff there is incredible. They will become such close and amazing friends. I loved all the Therapists, Behavioral Techs, Receptions, and Admin. They were seriously life savers and I hope everyone gets a chance to go to the OCD Anxiety center and get their lives back. It is worth all the time and the pain that comes when you first start because you will not recognize yourself at the end of the treatment. If you are concerned about starting treatment because it sounds scary just keep this in mind. I was too, I was so scared. Then I realized for me talk therapy was relatively easy but yielded very little results and they didn't last. But the OCD Anxiety center was hard but the wonderful positive results it yielded are incalculable! If you can find even the smallest willingness to give it a try. Please do it. You wont regret it, I promise!
