Our program at 6627 West Broad St, Suite 200, Richmond, VA 23230 runs 16 weeks, with clients attending three-hour sessions five days a week, a schedule that turns new skills into lasting habits. Our clinicians specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), helping clients gradually and deliberately face feared situations while giving up the avoidance, escape, and reassurance-seeking that provide short-term comfort but keep anxiety strong. We treat generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and agoraphobia, serving families throughout central Virginia, including Henrico, Chesterfield, Short Pump, Mechanicsville, Midlothian, Glen Allen, Petersburg, and Colonial Heights. Clients achieve a 64% average symptom reduction, satisfaction among clients and parents is 92%, and 95% of clients are able to use insurance.

Jermane Moore brings experience in healthcare outreach and operational leadership to the team. He previously served as a Clinical Outreach Manager in the Virtual Intensive Outpatient space, where he built community partnerships and helped connect individuals and families to meaningful mental health care.
He also has a strong background in franchise management, leading sales, operations, and production as a General Manager. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Jermane is passionate about serving the local community, expanding access to care, and contributing to the team’s strong culture and growth.
Outside of work, he is a proud husband and father of three, with a deep appreciation for the healthcare field influenced by his wife’s many years of nursing experience.
