Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
Seattle, Washington

Seattle families navigating panic, persistent worry, or social fear have an intensive treatment option in the city’s north end. Our Seattle program, located at 10700 Meridian Ave N, Suite 215, Seattle, WA 98133, offers a 16-week intensive outpatient program with three-hour sessions five days a week for individuals ages 8 and older. Care is built on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), in which clients gradually face the situations and sensations they fear while letting go of the avoidance and reassurance-seeking that keep anxiety running the show. We treat generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and agoraphobia, and we serve Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, Mountlake Terrace, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Woodinville, Brier, Mill Creek, Everett, and Mukilteo. Clinical Outreach Specialist

I moved to Seattle four years ago, intending to stay for only three months, but I fell in love with the energy of Seattle. My favorite place to be is at Golden Gardens where the Olympic mountain range as a backdrop is grand enough, but then there’s also the added beauty of the Sound. What really inspired me to stay though was the community of people I found. This in turn inspired me to find meaningful work supporting the community I was so proud of and I found that work in the behavioral health space, aiming to make an impact as a clinical outreach manager where I have the incredible job of connecting community members to one another.
