Anxiety Centers: Federal Way, Washington
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
Federal Way, Washington
Our Federal Way, Washington program brings intensive anxiety treatment to the South Sound and communities across western Washington. Located at 33650 6th Ave S, Federal Way, WA 98003, we provide a 16-week intensive outpatient program with three hours of therapy per day, five days a week, for individuals ages 8 and older. Our clinicians specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), helping clients face feared situations in gradual, planned steps and discover that the outcomes they dread rarely occur, while anxiety fades without avoidance or escape. We treat generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and specific phobias, serving Tacoma, Puyallup, Olympia, Lacey, Bremerton, Everett, Lynnwood, Centralia, Bainbridge Island, and Seattle. Clinical Outreach Specialist
I have spent the past four years working with a high-growth mental health startup, and I’m eager to bring that experience to the team at OCD Anxiety Centers. My background is in social work, driven by a passion for accessibility and enhancing quality of life. Everyone deserves the chance to thrive! When I am not at work, you can find me trying to improve my golf swing, putting a puzzle together, or adventuring the PNW with my partner & our 2 pups. Ask me about my favorite gluten free bakery and what book I’m currently reading.
