Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
Arlington, Texas

In the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, our Arlington program provides specialized treatment for anxiety and related diagnoses. Located at 1701 E Lamar Blvd, Suite 200, Arlington, TX 76006, we offer a 16-week intensive outpatient program with three-hour sessions five days a week for individuals ages 8 and older. Treatment is built on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP): clients gradually face the situations, thoughts, and sensations they fear while resisting the avoidance and reassurance-seeking that keep anxiety in charge. Our clinicians treat generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and specific phobias, and serve families from Fort Worth, Dallas, Grand Prairie, Irving, Mansfield, Euless, Bedford, Hurst, and North Richland Hills. Clients experience a 64% average symptom reduction, satisfaction among clients and parents reaches 92%, and 95% of clients are able to use insurance.
