Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in

On the Eastside, our Bellevue, Washington program delivers focused, evidence-based anxiety treatment for individuals ages 8 and older. From our location at 1750 112th Ave NE, Suite C-103, Bellevue, WA 98004, clients attend a 16-week intensive outpatient program with three-hour sessions Monday through Friday. Treatment centers on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP): clients work through a gradual plan of facing feared situations while resisting reassurance-seeking, escape, and other safety behaviors, and they learn that anxiety eases on its own through repeated practice. Conditions treated include generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and separation anxiety. We serve families from Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Renton, Newcastle, Bothell, Kenmore, Woodinville, and Seattle. Clients achieve a 64% average symptom reduction with 92% client and parent satisfaction, and 95% of clients are able to use insurance.
