Anxiety Centers: Bountiful, Utah
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
Bountiful, Utah
Anxiety treatment in Bountiful, Utah is built around one idea: facing fear, with support, works better than managing it from a distance. Our program at 1459 N Main St, Suite 100, Bountiful, UT 84010 provides three hours of therapy per day, five days a week, through a 16-week intensive outpatient program for individuals ages 8 and older. Clinicians specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), helping clients approach feared situations gradually while resisting the avoidance and safety behaviors that keep anxiety in place. We treat generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and specific phobias, and serve families throughout Davis County and the Salt Lake area, including Woods Cross, Centerville, North Salt Lake, Farmington, Kaysville, Layton, Salt Lake City, Millcreek, Murray, and Syracuse. Clients achieve a 64% average symptom reduction, client and parent satisfaction is 92%, and 95% of clients are able to use insurance.
