Anxiety Centers: Long Beach, California
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
Long Beach, California
Long Beach area families have access to intensive anxiety treatment that goes well beyond the weekly appointment model. At 5000 E Spring St, Suite 100, Long Beach, CA 90815, our program delivers three-hour sessions five days a week over 16 weeks, giving clients ages 8 and older the repetition and support that produce durable results. The core of treatment is Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP): clients work from less challenging situations toward harder ones, learning that feared outcomes rarely arrive and that anxiety fades without escape or avoidance. We treat panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, and specific phobias, serving Signal Hill, Lakewood, Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Cypress, Cerritos, Bellflower, Downey, Norwalk, Carson, Torrance, San Pedro, and neighboring communities. Clients see a 64% average reduction in symptoms, 92% of clients and parents report satisfaction, and 95% of clients are able to use insurance.

Clinical Outreach Specialist Lead
As an Outreach Specialist Lead, I have a strong passion for mental health advocacy and education. I entered the mental health field in 2016 and have since gained diverse experience across multiple areas of care, including substance use treatment, adolescent and adult mental health, eating disorders, and most recently, OCD and anxiety.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), actively working toward full licensure. In my current role, I focus on building relationships with providers and increasing awareness around evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety-related disorders.
Outside of work, I am a proud dance mom to my seven-year-old daughter, whose competitive dance schedule keeps me on my toes—literally and figuratively.
