Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
North Bethesda, Maryland

Intensive anxiety treatment is available in Montgomery County at our North Bethesda, Maryland program, located at 6100 Executive Blvd, Suite 580, North Bethesda, MD 20852. Individuals ages 8 and older attend three hours of therapy per day, Monday through Friday, over a 16-week intensive outpatient program. Our clinicians specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based approach in which clients deliberately face feared situations, working from easier to harder challenges, and discover that the feared outcome rarely happens and anxiety eases without safety behaviors. We treat generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and separation anxiety, serving Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Kensington, Rockville, Potomac, Silver Spring, Wheaton, Takoma Park, Gaithersburg, North Potomac, Olney, and communities throughout the Washington DC region.
