Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in

Serving the Tri-Valley and the greater East Bay, our Pleasanton program provides structured, intensive treatment for anxiety and related diagnoses at 4690 Chabot Dr, Suite 120, Pleasanton, CA 94588. The 16-week intensive outpatient program brings clients in for three hours a day, five days a week, enough time to make Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) truly work. Through ERP, clients ages 8 and older face feared situations in gradual steps and learn to let anxiety pass without leaning on escape, avoidance, or reassurance-seeking. Our clinicians treat generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and separation anxiety. Families reach us from Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon, Danville, Castro Valley, Hayward, Union City, Fremont, Newark, Walnut Creek, San Leandro, and surrounding communities. Clients average a 64% reduction in symptoms, client and parent satisfaction stands at 92%, and 95% of clients are able to use insurance.

I’ve been working in the behavioral health field for over 15 years and have experience in business development, marketing and managed care contracting. I have a passion for helping others and connecting them to care to make their lives happy and whole again. Super excited to join OCD Anxiety Centers and look forward to bringing our quality care to the community, and working alongside an amazing team!
I’m a Bay Area native and am the mother of a teenage son! Outside of work I love hiking, walking, yoga and spending time and traveling with friends and family!
