Our Richardson, Texas program offers structured, evidence-based anxiety treatment for individuals ages 8 and older across the north Dallas area. From our location at 2201 N Central Expy, Suite 105, Richardson, TX 75080, clients attend three hours of therapy per day, five days a week, within a 16-week intensive outpatient program. Clinicians specialize exclusively in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), guiding each client through gradual exposure to feared situations while helping them drop the safety behaviors and escape habits that keep anxiety going long-term. Conditions treated include generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and health anxiety. Families come to us from Dallas, Plano, Garland, Carrollton, Addison, University Park, Sachse, Murphy, and Highland Park. Our clients achieve a 64% average symptom reduction and report 92% client and parent satisfaction, with 95% able to use insurance.

Jana Jansson

Clinical Outreach Specialist Lead

Jana Jansson is deeply passionate about helping individuals and families access effective, evidence-based care for OCD and anxiety. With a background in mental health, substance and eating disorders she is dedicated to connecting individuals, families, and providers to compassionate, high-quality treatment. Jana brings a systems-level understanding of mental health through her leadership experience in nonprofit development, community coalitions, and wellness education. She is known for building strong provider relationships, advocating for clinical excellence, and helping communities better understand both the impact of anxiety and OCD—and the hope that effective treatment can bring. Outside of work, Jana is a proud mom of three and a grandmother to two granddaughters, roles that continue to shape her perspective on family, resilience, and hope.
