Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in

In the heart of Mission Valley, our San Diego program delivers intensive anxiety treatment for individuals ages 8 and older. From our location at 5333 Mission Center Rd, Suite 115, San Diego, CA 92108, we provide a 16-week intensive outpatient program with three hours of therapy per day, five days a week. Our clinicians specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the evidence-based method in which clients gradually face feared situations and learn, through experience, that anxiety subsides without avoidance or escape. We treat panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and health anxiety, serving clients from across San Diego County, including Chula Vista, La Jolla, El Cajon, La Mesa, National City, Poway, Santee, Coronado, Point Loma, Kearny Mesa, and Clairemont. Clients achieve a 64% average symptom reduction, satisfaction among clients and parents is 92%, and 95% of clients are able to use insurance.

Clinical Outreach Specialist

Aly Lischer, MS, LMFT, CEDS-S, is the Clinical Outreach Specialist at OCD and Anxiety Centers, where she combines her background as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with expertise in mental health business development to expand access to evidence-based care for OCD and anxiety. Based in San Diego, Aly partners closely with local providers, schools, and community organizations to build strong referral relationships and increase awareness of effective treatment options throughout the region. Outside of work, Aly stays busy with her three kids, who keep her laughing, moving, and grounded. She enjoys exploring San Diego’s outdoor spaces with her family and staying connected to the community she is passionate about serving.
