Clinicians specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), helping clients gradually and deliberately face the situations they fear while letting go of the avoidance and reassurance-seeking that keep anxiety strong. We treat generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and specific phobias, and serve Murrieta, Wildomar, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Winchester, Hemet, San Jacinto, Perris, French Valley, and Sun City.
