Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
The Woodlands, Texas
For families in the north Houston area, our program in The Woodlands provides the kind of consistent, intensive anxiety treatment that creates real momentum. Located at 2204 Timberloch Pl, Suite 180, The Woodlands, TX 77380, we deliver a 16-week intensive outpatient program with three-hour sessions Monday through Friday for individuals ages 8 and older. The approach is Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), in which clients practice facing feared situations one step at a time and learn through experience that anxiety passes without avoidance, escape, or reassurance. We treat generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and separation anxiety, serving Conroe, Spring, Houston, and surrounding communities. Clients average a 64% reduction in symptoms, 92% of clients and parents report satisfaction with the program, and 95% of clients are able to use insurance.
