Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
Westlake Village, California

Lasting relief from anxiety comes through consistent, repeated practice, not occasional appointments. Our Westlake Village program, at 31111 Agoura Rd, Suite 160, Westlake Village, CA 91361, provides that consistency with three hours of therapy per day, Monday through Friday, across a 16-week intensive outpatient program for individuals ages 8 and older. Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), our clinicians help clients approach feared situations step by step and resist the escape and safety behaviors that provide momentary relief but prolong the struggle. We treat generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and health anxiety for families across the Conejo Valley and west San Fernando Valley, including Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Newbury Park, Calabasas, Malibu, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Camarillo, and Woodland Hills. Clients average a 64% symptom reduction, 92% of clients and parents report satisfaction, and 95% of clients are able to use insurance.

Adriana Magdaleno

Clinical Outreach Specialist

Born and raised in Ventura County, I’ve built both my personal and professional life around connection, care, and community. I share my life with my son and my partner, a retired military veteran, and his three children —an experience that has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges veterans and their families face in accessing care, and a passion for making mental health services more accessible to them.

I studied Wildlife Management and Conservation at Cal Poly Humboldt, where I developed a lifelong passion for wildlife and a love of travel that continues to inspire me today.

Professionally, I bring extensive experience in behavioral health outreach and admissions. I specialize in building strong community partnerships, guiding individuals and families through the admissions process, and ensuring clients are connected with the right level of care. Over the years, I’ve managed and coached admissions teams, developed lead generation strategies, and successfully driven departmental growth in fast-paced startup environments. My work has focused on cultivating provider relationships, supporting clinical partners, and raising awareness of mental health resources through outreach and engagement.

At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to increasing access to quality mental health care and ensuring that clients and their loved ones feel supported every step of the way.
