Anxiety Centers: Roseville, California
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
Roseville, California
At our Roseville, California program, clients ages 8 and older receive focused, evidence-based anxiety treatment five days a week. Located at 3001 Lava Ridge Ct, Suite 160, Roseville, CA 95661, the program runs 16 weeks with three-hour daily sessions, a schedule designed to build skills quickly and make them stick. Treatment is grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which helps clients approach the situations, sensations, and thoughts they fear while giving up the safety behaviors that keep worry alive. We treat generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and specific phobias for families throughout the Sacramento region, including Citrus Heights, Rocklin, Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Folsom, Carmichael, Lincoln, and North Highlands.
